HR & Admin Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to support our daily people operations and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Help coordinate training sessions, staff engagement activities, and company events
  • Provide general administrative support (documentation, filing, office supplies management)
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and escalate when necessary

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to Have
