IT Support [Mandarin Speaker]​

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support professional to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role requires strong communication skills in Mandarin to effectively support Mandarin-speaking users, alongside maintaining a high level of user satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Job Overview

  • Type: Full Time • Internship
  • Experience: At least 1 year experience • Fresh Graduate

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email or remote access
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions for customer
  • Create/Update support ticket in Support Management System
  • Follow-up and update customer status on raised ticket
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

Qualifications & Skills

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English
  • Must be able to speak MANDARIN (Chinese) to ensure smooth communication with end-user support.
  • Need to be a fast learner as we are a fast-paced company.
  • Great attention to details and excellent problem-solving skill
